★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crew nya kebanyakan becanda, ngantri 3 orang berasa 10 cuma gegara brcanda. Sekalinya ngisi penuh luber banyak banget. Dan ttp harus bayar sesuai di mesin, padahal yang lubernya aja banyak banget. Tolong diajarin lagi tuh crew nya
The crew is mostly joking, waiting in line for 3 people feels like 10 just because they're joking. Once filled, it overflows a lot. And you have to pay according to the machine, even though the overflow is just too much. Please teach the crew again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini saya isi Saya paling ga suka klo isi bensin belom cetek udah di angkat ,, udah gitu tuas nozzel nya pake di maenin atau di pompa pompa,,, kecuali saya isi pull takut luber ,, ini ga isi pull tapi di pompa pompa sama Abang nya,,, padahal kalo ga di pompa juga ga papa orang bensin saya juga udah di bawah merah,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senin 7 maret 2022 malam jam +-22:00: petugas jaga siang seenaknya sendiri, udah tau mau operan ke jaga malem eh tetep nekat isi bensin motor saya. Saya minta isi 25 pertalite eh tb" gak jelas distop di Rp.13.100 dengan gampangnya bilang "nanti isi lagi aja mau aplusan" trus dia minta saya bayar skrg, saya kasih 50rb cuman kembali 36rb. Yah gpp sih emang sering klo harga dibuletin keatas mah. Kan jadi bingung customer kenapa tb" distop trus disuruh lanjut isi lagi ke yg jaga malem. Trus embak"nya yg bawa" catetan aplusan juga gak sabaran banget orang mah tunggu sebentar biar saya isi bensin slsy dulu jangan seenaknya stop di angka 13rb. Harusnya kalo mau aplusan ya saya dipending aja biar diisi sama yg sift malem.
Lanjut lagi petugas jaga malemnya ampun" tega banget ngebentak cewek padahal banyak bgt yg ngantri gr" saya bilang "harusnya kalo tau mau aplusan ya saya jangan diisi dulu dong, biar yg jaga malem aja yg isi kaya gini kan bikin bingung customer" ehhhhh dia galak banget ngebentak "bukan saya ya saya baru dateng" trus saya jawab ya tolong disampein biar ga diulang. Ehhh bujug astaghfirullah tu ya mas" badan kecil banget tp suara kenceng amat yaallah masa bilang "kalo mau komplen kedalem aja ada atasan juga disana"
Yaallah" dimana sopan santun ke customer. Udah salah ga minta maaf malah main bentak aja. Astaghfirullah..sabar semoga berkah nyari rejekinya.
