★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugasnya kurang sopan, memanggil saya dan ayah saya dengan teriak dari pos jaga serta petugas di dalam bagian pembuatan SKCK tidak menjelaskan dengan baik saat ayah saya bertanya tentang perpanjangan SKCK malah dengan nada tinggi mengulang " pertanyaan yg sudah dijawab ayah saya. Kalau ada opsi buat SKCK kantor polisi lain lebih baik saya ke kantor yang lainnya yang lebih ramah
 The officer was not polite, called me and my father shouting from the guard post and the officer in the SKCK making section did not explain well when my father asked about the extension of the SKCK instead in a high tone repeating "the question my father has answered. If there is an option for SKCK another police station, I'd better go to another office that is more friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 tahun lalu Pernah ngalamin pengalaman buruk disini, sampe sekarang tidak akan pernah lupa.. Ditolak pada saat Mau minta dibuatin surat kehilangan karna dompet, uang dan semua kartu hilang termasuk atm ... Smpe sekarang masih ingat omonganya kasar,, kalo minta gak boleh tapi harus pake (something).. Sangat tidak berempati dan tidak bisa membantu orang yang sedang kesusahan.. Udh tau semuanya hilang Mana saya punya (uang)
5 years ago Had a bad experience here, until now I will never forget.. Rejected when I wanted to ask for a letter of loss because my wallet, money and all cards were lost including atm ... Until now, I still remember the rude words, if you ask, you can't but have to use (something).. Very unempathetic and can't help people who are in trouble.. I know everything is lost.
