Menjual elektronik tv radio tape kaset dan mesin jahit serta pabrik es batu
Ada kesan angker karena dulu bangunan tua. Lantai 2 masih terbuat dari kayu blm model dak.

Satu2nya pabrik es batu yg ada di jalan Malioboro waktu itu.
Para pedagang lesehan beli es batu disitu.
Kalo pagi es batunya dijual keliling ke daerah kota jogja dan sekitarnya.
Tahun 2002 toko tutup dan dibeli oleh Liman.
