Lembaga pendidikan ini memiliki tujuan utama untuk mempersiapkan para mahasiswanya siap kerja dengan ilmu pengetahuan 70% praktek. Setiap tahunnya Lsp (lembaga sertifikasi profesi) lp3i menyelenggarakan ujian kompetensi atau ujikom dari tingkat kemampuan penggunaan dasar komputer hingga kemampuan komputer sesuai dengan jurusanya masing-masing hal tersebut dilakukan agar mahasiswa mendapatkan pengakuan dari BNSP (Badan Nasional sertifikasi profesi) sehingga dalam bidang soft skill khususnya penggunaan komputer sudah teruji.
Bekasi campus Polytechnic Lp3i is located on the highway generals, Sudirman campus position is in the Grand Mall area so that lecture activities are adjusted to the activities of the Grand Mall, is one of the branches of Polytechnic Jakarta campus Kramat Jakarta. This educational institution has the main objective to prepare its students to be ready to work with 70% knowledge of practice.
