★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pernah pagi-pagi banget ke sini minta surat keterangan kehilangan dan dilayani! Saya kira pelayanan hanya di jam kerja mulai jam 8 gitu, tapi nyatanya saya datang pagi banget dilayani. Gratis tanpa pungutan pula. Pelayanannya cukup ramah dan memuaskan. Petugasnya memberikan informasi yang sangat membantu dan selalu menjawab semua pertanyaan dengan ramah.
I was here early in the morning asking for a certificate of loss and being served! I thought the service was only at working hours starting at 8, but in fact I came very early to be served. Free of charge anyway. The service is quite friendly and satisfying. The clerk gave very helpful information and always answered all questions kindly.
