★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nice to have a decent yoga studio in walking distance. The studio fits for 4 ppl, kinda feel like semi-private. Time is quite flexible. The important part is the instructor Mr. Solomon is a qualified yogi expertise, he's friendly and patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm new member in Podoyoga for almost a month . As far as I become Mr. Solomon's student, I could try & practice all his directions even from zoom. He's very caring and patient to all his member. The class is about 2-3 members/session. I'm really enjoy with this yoga class ?

Mr. Solomon is the one who teaches the class and knows well about back pain that I had previously. Since then, my lower back pain has gone, moreover I can do more challenging yoga poses both flexibility and strength exercises. This semi private class is a good option for you who still want to be fit at home by online class. "Workout From Home" said Mr. Solomon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have joined this private online yoga class for 2 months as a beginner and this is a really good online yoga class with only 2 to 3 members each class so the trainer can really guide us through every poses. Pak Solomon as the trainer is very professional and his instructions are clear and easy to follow. I become more aware of my body posture and become more flexible ever since i join the class :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined the yoga online class during pandemic. It's a private class with only 2-3 persons , so the instructor can keep focusing on each member. The instructor is very nice and patient to us.
It's been 9 months and I have experienced the benefits of doing yoga for my body strength, flexibility and health.
