★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ibu Tiketing jutek banget. Saya tlp tanya Ketersediaan tiket, dijawab Entek.. Entek.. Entek. Begitu mau tanya utk hari besoknya malah ditutup telponnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *untuk bis, bagus karena masih baru, kelemahannya AC nya yg bagian belakang tidak dingin, bau toilet kecium ke kabin padahal pintu toilet sudah ditutup
*untuk driver/sopir ngebut banget,
kesimpulan:
1.kecepatan, sangat baik karena sopir nya ngebut banget
2. kenyamanan, sedang, bis baru, tinggal AC&toilet nya yg diperbaiki
3. keselamatan, sangat kurang baik karena sopirnya ngebut banget
terakhir, semoga bisa diperbaiki kekurangan yang ada diatas
* For buses, good because it is still new, the disadvantage is that the rear AC is not cold, the smell of toilet smells to the cabin even though the toilet door is closed
* for drivers / drivers really speeding,
conclusion:
1. speed, very good because the driver is really speeding
2. comfort, medium, new bus, live air conditioner & toilet repaired
3. safety, is not very good because the driver is really speeding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benar benar sangat mengecewakan pesan tiket disini, org tua sakit, malam pesan tiket bis Sudoro Tungga Jaya klas Eksekutif jurusan TIRTOMOYO buat besuk sore dijawab ada, disuruh langsung transfer biar bisa di klik, besuk sorenya pas mau berangkat alasannya bisnya tidak sampe Tirtomoyo, hanya sampai Ngadirojo, dan di oper ke bis Putera Mulya klas VIP,, SANGAT SANGAT TIDAK PROFESIONAL, harga tiket STJ klas Eksekutif 2 bangku @230.000 total 460.000, harga tiket PM klas VIP 2 bangku @210.000 total 420.000, bukan masalah nilai uangnya, tapi masalah tanggung jawab ke pelanggan, sya merasa SANGAT SANGAT DI RUGIKAN
