Kurang profesional, beli tiket sleeper bus untuk 22 penumpang (riil dipakai 9 penumpang, untuk keperluan acara kantor) dan sengaja dipesan untuk privasi, Giwangan - Kampung Rambutan
Di tengah jalan bus ada masalah. Kemudian dari 9 penumpang dipindah ke sleeper bus lain sehingga jd bareng dengan penumpang lain (berarti untung 13 tiket karena jd digabung)
Secara tiket harusnya diturunkan di Kp Rambutan, tp dimampirkan dulu ke karawang, bekasi, pulo gadung, priok karena dibarengkan dengan penumpang lain, sehingga waktu sampai menjadi sangat2 molor.
Sempat di komplain tp belum ada itikad ganti rugi sampai saat ini. Untuk kondisi ada gangguan bisa dimaklumi, tp harap diperhatikan fairness-nya ya.

Less professional, bought a sleeper bus ticket for 22 passengers (real used 9 passengers, for office purposes) and deliberately ordered for privacy, Giwangan - Kampung Rambutan
In the middle of the bus road there is a problem. Then the 9 passengers were transferred to another sleeper bus so that they were together with other passengers (meaning 13 tickets were profitable because they were combined)
The ticket should have been dropped off at Kp Rambutan, but first dropped off to Karawang, Bekasi, Pulo Gadung, Priok because it was accompanied by other passengers, so the time to arrive was very delayed.
Had a complaint but there has been no intention of compensation until now. If there is interference, it's understandable, but please pay attention to the fairness.
