★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempati star jurusan Jakarta-medan sangat mengecewakan, di aplikasi Traveloka jadwal saya berangkat Rabu tgl 18 Maret jam 12 siang dan akan tiba di Medan hari Jumat tgl 20 Maret jam 6 sore. Tapi hari Jumat jam 6 sore kami baru sampai Riau. Pasti butuh 1 hari 1 malam lagi agar sampai Medan. Dan selama perjalanan, bus Sempati star AC nya rusak, tidak dingin sama sekali, bahkan sangat panas, fasilitas toiletnya juga sangat tidak lazim untuk bepergian selama berhari², di Traveloka fasilitasnya banyak, seperti hiburan dengan tv kecil di setiap kursi pun tidak bisa nyala, WiFi pun tidak ada padahal di Traveloka sangat lengkap fasilitasnya, tapi ternyata semua fasilitasnya tidak ada yg bisa digunakan. Ini pengalaman pertama saya naik bus Sempati star dan sangat kecewa.
Sempati star majoring in Jakarta-Medan is very disappointing, in the Traveloka application my schedule departs Wednesday, March 18 at 12 noon and will arrive in Medan on Friday, March 20 at 6 pm. But on Friday at 6 pm we just arrived in Riau. It must take 1 day and 1 night to reach Medan. And during the trip, the Sempati star AC bus is broken, not cold at all, even very hot, the toilet facilities are also very unusual for traveling for days, in Traveloka there are many facilities, such as entertainment with a small TV on every seat, it cannot turn on, WiFi there was none even though in Traveloka the facilities were very complete, but apparently all the facilities were useless. This is my first experience riding a Sempati star bus and was very disappointed.

proses booking mudah, mbak yang jaga di pulogebang juga sangat ramah dan sangat informatif, bahkan ketika bus delay 1jam, beliau meminta maaf kepada saya.
selama perjalanan :
saya sengaja beli tiket Double Decker, dan saya stop di palembang, harga tiket 350.000.
untuk kursi executive nya menurut saya sangat nyaman, cuma permasalahannya adalah kursi kurang bersih, dan saya ketemu kecoa di dalam selimut saya.
supir dan kernet termasuk ramah ya, bawa bus nya mmg rada pelan, tapi goyangan nya enak dan bikin tidur sangat nyenyak.
lalu saya juga ada coba duduk di kelas VIP nya double decker, sangat disayangkan recline nya tidak bisa digunakan, penumpang dikelas VIP semuanya kecewa.
setelah sampai di tujuan :
saya sampai di palembang jam 8:30 pagi, sangat sesuai jam yang saya harapkan, kernet pun menurunkan koper saya dengan sangat baik.
before departure:
The booking process was easy, the lady who was on duty at Pulogebang was also very friendly and very informative, even when the bus was delayed 1 hour, she apologized to me.
during the trip :
I purposely bought a Double Decker ticket, and I stopped in Palembang, the ticket price was 350,000.
for the executive chair, in my opinion, it is very comfortable, the only problem is the chair is not clean, and I found a cockroach in my blanket.
the driver and kernet are friendly, take the bus, it's rather slow, but the shaking is good and makes you sleep very soundly.
then I also tried sitting in the VIP double decker class, it's a shame the recline couldn't be used, the VIP class passengers were all disappointed.
after arriving at the destination:
I arrived at Palembang at 8:30 am, very according to the hour I expected, Kernet also lowered my suitcase very well.

Juga,,dan lambat bnget,,masak mau nyebrang dimntain duit lagi,kan executive,,,dan tamak dengan penumpang jelas tidak muat penumpang nya lagi udah full kursinya,,masih juga naikan penumpang,sampai" penumpang berdiri gila...dan tidur dibawah bgini,,kcewa bus ini gk mikirin penumpang lain...????????????
This bus is so bad, I'm tired of taking this bus, the driver of bus 1 is angry, cooking is angry. Also, and very slow, when I want to cross, I want to get money again, executive, and greedy with passengers, obviously it doesn't fit the passengers. again, the seats are full,, the passengers are still taking passengers, until the passengers stand up crazy... and sleep under like this,, disappointed that this bus doesn't think about other passengers...????????????

Saran saja untuk pengguna bus jangan pernah mencoba bus ini,,, parah sekali.
This bus is really bad,, just bring 1 sack of goods, you are forced to pay, you want to cross the ship, you are told to pay again,,,
Just a suggestion for bus users, don't ever try this bus, it's really bad.
