Awal mula sy beli ticket d traveloka..jadwal berangkat 10.30.. sy dtng jam 10 .. sy tnya ke admin bis dtng jam 11.. tnya lg dtng jam 12.. tnya lg dtng jam 13.00 . Bis sudah dtng jam 14.00 tetapi harus ada perbaikan. Total saya tunggu 5 jam... Pada hal sudah 3 bis jalan knapa tidak di pindahkan saja ke bis lain dulu dri pada menunggu sperti ini... dan tidak ada tanggung jawab dari pihak pahala karena keterlambatan ini... Saya sngat kecewa dengan koordinasi pahala yang buruk ini ... KENAPA TIDAK CEK KEADAAN BIS TERLEBIH DAHULU ... PENGALAMAN SAYA PAKAI PAHALA KENCANA SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN ... !!!!

Mohon maaf, saya hanya menyampaikan kekecewaan istri saya, istri saya sangat kecewa dan menyesal menggunakan armada pahala kencana, perjalanan yg menyiksa istri saya, 28 jam dari terminal alang2 sampai terminal bubulak Bogor. menurut penjelasan istri, bis mogok Krn kopling bocor sehingga harus di oper, lewat jalan biasa yg bergelombang, hujan lebat wiper patah sehingga jarak pandang sulit, tidak lewat tol padahal tol sdh beroperasi, seharusnya hal ini tdk terjadi kalau mobil sehat dan teknisinya handal. Selama bolak balik Jakarta Palembang, Palembang Jakarta, baru kali ini mengalami kejadian begini. Padahal saya sdh senang ada armada yg gak terlalu jauh dari tempat tinggal, tapi ternyata baru nyoba sekali, sdh mengecewakan, karena biasanya saya menggunakan armada lain, Semoga hal ini menjadi perhatian dan perbaikan pelayanan perjalanan po pahala kencana yg lebih baik.?

Pelayanan agar ditingkatkan terutama saat transit jangan terlalu lama. Bagi saya AC terlalu dingin, kru sebaiknya proaktif bertanya ke penumpang mengenai AC.
Services should be improved, especially during transit, not too long. For me the air conditioner is too cold, the crew should proactively ask passengers about the air conditioner.
