★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masih ada pengamen masuk, tempat duduk ngacak walaupun sdh dpt no. Tmpt duduk. Kenek tdk mengarahkan sesuai tmpt duduk. Dikenakan biaya bagasi juga. Semoga manajemen sering melakukan edukasi ke petugas lapangan agar lebih baik lagi
There are still buskers entering, the seats are random even though they have got a number. Sit down. Kenek does not direct according to seat. There is a baggage fee as well. Hopefully the management will often educate field officers to be better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pernah naik divisi wonosobo -bogor saat di 2019 pelayanan kurang bagus,ac sering dimatikan,dan bus yang digunakan mesin AK8 (depan) ga bertenaga dan berisik ,dan istirahat sangat jauh disubang,harga saat itu 90k,mohon untuk diganti pake RK8 seperti divisi ke yogya dan klaten
I went to the Wonosobo-Bogor division when in 2019 the service was not good, the air conditioner was often turned off, and the bus used by the AK8 engine (front) was not powerful and noisy, and the rest was very far away, the price at that time was 90k, please replace it with RK8 like the 4th division yoga and klaten

* Saya biasa beli di Poris nyoba yg di Pluit ehh pelayanan nya kacau & tidak ramah.
* Trus pas didalam bis nya harus ribut dlu dgn penumpang lain karena nomor tempat duduk sudah ditempati org.
* Trus Untuk armada bus MJE145 lebih diperhatikan lg lah kondisi bus nya . Kendaraan gk nyaman+ berisik. Terus perjalanan paling lelet selama menggunakan murni jaya ya bus MJE145. Padahal perjalanan juga lancar& tidak macet
Just a suggestion
* I usually buy at Poris, try the one in Pluit, the service is chaotic & unfriendly.
* Then when you get on the bus, you have to make a fuss with other passengers because the seat number is already occupied by someone.
* Then for the MJE145 bus fleet, more attention is paid to the condition of the bus. The vehicle is uncomfortable + noisy. Continue the slowest journey while using Pure Jaya, the MJE145 bus. Even though the trip was also smooth & not jammed
