★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini di agen Bus yg beralamat di Jalan KH. Samanhudi, Jetis, Sukojarjo. ( mencoba beli disini gara-gara tdk dapet tiket tempat biasa beli)
Untuk paket edisi lebaran kelas Eksekutif lebih tinggi ketimbang VIP. Saat saya pesan untuk kelas terbaik VIP (menurut saya yg awam) pelayan tiket mengatakan bahwa VIP dibawah Eksekutif, dan katanya Eksekutif paling atas. Ya sudah saya hanya mengikuti saja lalu saya pesan kelas paling top Eksekutif.
Saya memang baru memakai jasa angkutan luar kota Bus ini. Setelah menunggu 1 jam lebih di agen perjalanan, akhirnya sampai juga bus yg ditunggu.
Ada sedikit silang paham pada penomoran kursi yg menurut saya agak berbelit, sehingga penumpang diagen yg bareng saya kesulitan menemui kursi termasuk saya, sebab sudah ditempati penumpang yg lebih dulu naik dari agen sebelumnya. Akhirnya setelah cukup menyita waktu selesai juga ditangani oleh kondektur.
Istirahat makan buat saya kurang rekomendasi. Tidak ada menu pilihan yg ada nasi box (saya mulai aneh dg kelas paling top, sebelumnya snack juga tdk ada). Lokasi kotor sampah dimana-mana seperti tdk terawat.
Begitulah pengalaman saya. Sebelumnya dari jakarta saya naik bus xxxx (langganan) kelas Eksekutif 28 masih ada beberapa kelas diatasnya (bukan PO. Haryanto) kursinya nyaman bisa selonjoran 2-2 7 ada snack juga, makan Prasmanan, lokasi makan bersih. Beda banget...
Begitulah pengalaman saya, perjalanan di Bus ini. Ada kelebihan dan kekurangan dari setiap PO. Bus dan mempunyai tempat di setiap hati masing-masing pelanggannya.
Yg saya suka pada bus ini, service penumpang benar-benar dimanjakan. Meskipun hanya satu orang yg turun di karawang, bus keluar tol lalu menurunkan penumpang trus masuk tol lagi begitu seterusnya. Inilah kunci sukses yg mungkin jarang dimiliki PO. Bus lain termasuk Bus langganan saya...

For the Eid edition package, the Executive class is higher than the VIP. When I ordered for the best class VIP (in my layman) the ticket attendant said that the VIP is below the Executive, and he said the top Executive. Yes, I just followed and then I ordered the top executive class.
I have just used this bus out of town. After waiting for more than 1 hour at the travel agent, finally the bus we were waiting for arrived.
There is a little cross-understanding on the seat numbering which in my opinion is a bit complicated, so that the diagen passengers who are with me have difficulty finding seats, including myself, because they are already occupied by passengers who have boarded the previous agent first. Finally, after consuming enough time, the conductor also handled it.
I don't recommend eating breaks. There are no menu options that have a rice box (I'm getting weird with the top class, before that there were no snacks). The location of dirty trash everywhere is like being neglected.
That's my experience. Previously from Jakarta, I took the bus xxxx (subscription) Executive class 28, there are still several classes above it (not PO. Haryanto) the seats are comfortable, they can stretch 2-2 7, there are snacks too, eat buffet, clean dining locations So different...
That's my experience, traveling on this Bus. There are advantages and disadvantages of each PO. Buses and have a place in every customer's heart.
What I like about this bus, passenger service is really spoiled. Even though only one person got off at Karawang, the bus exited the toll road and then lowered the passengers then entered the toll road again and so on.
