★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengecewakan. Crew bis tidak ada senyum dan kurang ramah. Padahal perusahaan jasa , mgk mikirnya hanya jasa transportasi pdhl didalamnya ada cust yg wajib di berikan pelayanan yg memuaskan selama perjalanan sampai tempat tuj. Saya naik bis dengan kode 56 berangkat dr pool maospati tuj ciledug. Selama perjalanan saya melihat supir sering merokok ,sangat mengganggu. Semoga bs diperbaiki agar pelayanan bs lbh baik ke depan nya .
Disappointing. The bus crew does not smile and is not friendly. Even though it's a service company, maybe I think it's only transportation services, even though there are customers in it who must be provided with satisfactory service during the trip to the destination. I took a bus with code 56 departing from Maospati pool, Tuj Ciledug. During the trip I saw the driver often smoked, very annoying. Hopefully it can be improved so that the service can be better in the future.
