Ternya ditukar pindah bus ttp kondisi bus sama saja .tdk nyaman . Bagasi tdk dikasi lebel dan nomor. Chas hp tdk bagus tdk bisa digunakan supir tdk ramah ditanya jawabnya kurang tahu...terus terang saya kecewa.. mhn penjelasan dr Gunung Harta.
My wife ordered a ticket from Bogor to Malang for IDR 360,000. He thought the bus that was sitting alone was actually a bus that was sitting in a row. From Bogor he said he would exchange it for a good bus in Cibinong. It turned out that it was exchanged for a bus, but the condition of the bus was the same. Not comfortable. Luggage is not labeled and numbered. Chas cellphone is not good, can't be used, the driver is not friendly, asked the answer, I don't know... frankly I'm disappointed.. thanks for the explanation from Gunung Harta.
