★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 16 April 2020 saya beserta istri ( yang sedang hamil 8 bln ) memesan tiket PO Bejeu kelas executive sheet 2-2 jurusan Jakarta - Purwodadi harga per tiket Rp. 300.000/ org * 2 = Rp.600.000 informasi awal yang kami dapat bis akan berangkat dr agen PO Kayu besar ring road pukul 15:00 wib hingga jam yg ditentukan kami coba menanyakan dijawab tiba pukul 16:00 wib hingga pukul 16:00 wib bis belum juga datang hingga pukul 17:30 wib. Dan saat itu kami mendapat info bahwa bis mengalami kecelakaan dan tiket kami diganti dengan bus Kramat jati AC dengan sheet 2-3 yang mana ini bukan kelas executive atau patas tapi ini kelas ekonomi AC dan dari uang yang saya bayar tadi ( Rp.600.000,- ) hanya dikembalikan sebesar Rp. 100.000,- yang saya sesalkan :
1.) Kenapa pihak agen PO tidak bersikap jujur jika memang tidak ada busnya.
2.) Penggantian tiket tidak sesuai dengan pesanan awal ( maaf jika ekonomi AC paling mahal Rp.180.000 ) kenapa ini sampai 250.000/ tiket.
Mohon penjelasan dan tanggapan pihak PO Bejeu. ( Bukti tiket yg saya pesan masih ada & begitu juga dengan tiket bus penggantinya masih ada dokumennya ).
On April 16, 2020, my wife and I (who were 8 months pregnant) ordered a PO Bejeu ticket for the executive class 2-2 from Jakarta - Purwodadi. The price per ticket was Rp. 300,000 / org * 2 = Rp. 600,000 initial information that we got on the bus will depart from the big PO Kayu ring road agent at 3:00 p.m. hasn't arrived until 5:30 p.m. And at that time we got information that the bus had an accident and our tickets were replaced with AC Kramat teak bus with sheet 2-3 which is not an executive or patas class but this is AC economy class and from the money I paid earlier (Rp.600,000, - ) only returned Rp. 100.000, - which I regret:
1.) Why is the PO agent not being honest if there really isn't a bus.
2.) Ticket replacement does not match the initial order (sorry if the most expensive AC economy is Rp.180,000) why is this up to 250,000 / ticket.
Please explain and respond to PO Bejeu. (Proof of the ticket I ordered is still there & so is the replacement bus ticket there are still documents).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah agennya masa pesennya bus bejeu dari H-2 sudah transfer harga eksekutif giliran tiba di agen dinaikinya bus handoyo.alasannya busnya sudah berangkat dluan.. gilaa... Lebih baik naik bus dar terminal kalideres.
It's bad that the agent ordered the bus from H-2 to transfer the price, the executive turn arrived at the agent, he took the Handoyo bus. The reason was that the bus had already left.. crazy... It's better to take a bus from the Kalideres terminal.
