β β β β β Bis executip jurusan Pemalang jkt tp rasa ekonomi... Jarak kursi terlalu mepet bikin kaki g yaman bgt.. Kursi g bs dibikin nyender k belakang krn kbentur kaki penumpang belakangnya

β β β β β Pelayanan buruk.Tgl 26-12-2019 pukul 23:00 bis Nopol (B 2729 BGA) Star dari merak tujuan km rambutan,di perjalanan kami di pinta ongkos sama kondektur yg masih kecil mungkin usia sekitar 20-22th.yg lebih kaget lagi kami di pinta ongkos 35rb/orang.ongkos yg tidak biasanya.padahal biasanya tarif 30rb,Sedangkan kami bawa anak yg usia masih 7 th.Apa betul usia 7th ongkosnya juga di samakan orang dewasa 35rb juga? Padahal anak tadinya kami pangku.udah di jelaskan malah kondektur meminta maksa.

β β β β β Ngetem itu tempatnya di terminal, bukan di gerbang tol kb jeruk atau gerbang tol mana pun itu. Udh 2x loh ini dtegur sama petugas tol nya spy jalan tp driver ini cuma iya iya aja. G lagi2 sy naik arimbi jurusan merak - bekasi. Dan gara2 ngetem g tau tempat ini, makin lama dan malam sy smpe bekasi dtambah macet krn jam plg kerja.

β β β β β PO arimbi tlng tingkatkan pelayanan ke penumpang jurusan kali deres - merak, jurusan kp rambutan-merak, sering kail sopir dan kenek ga hargai waktu penumpang. Tapi salut untuk arimbi jurusan tg priok-labuan, joss, express.
