★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sudah 3 minggu saya pegang buku tabungan dan atm, tapi petugas lalai tidak membawa ataupun memberi dokumen yg saya harus tanda tangani untuk pencairan banpres, sampai hari ini saya malah dipersulit, saya hubungi petugas nya pun malah tidak ada respon sama sekali, lalu apa guna nya atm dan buku tabungan yg diberi pihak pnm ????
It has been 3 weeks that I have been holding my savings book and ATM, but the negligent officer did not bring or give the documents that I had to sign for the disbursement of the presidential ban, to this day I was even complicated, I even contacted the officer there was no response at all, then what is the use ATM and the savings book given by the pnm ????
