Kekurangan : dokternya yang memeriksa asal asalan. Alias coba deh kalo jd dokter jangan cuma dengerin keluhan pasien trs kasih obat, tp dilihat baik², dilakukan pemeriksaan fisik dg benar.

Saya minta rujukan ke RS, di balas dengan bahasa yang kurang baik dari penjaga depan. Kalo memang tidak bisa dengan alasan harus di periksa dulu ya kami menerima, tidak usah dengan embel embel bahasa yang kurang baik. Mohon untuk kedepannya untuk pihak PMI agar di kasih arahan cara melayani pasien dengan sopan.
Bad service. Disrespectful to the patient.

Pelayanan Faskes Tk 1 untuk BPJS dilayani dengan ramah juga.
Proses permohonan rujukan untuk pasien juga mudah, tidak seperti di faskes pemerintah lainnya yang terkesan dipersulit dengan alasan ini dan itu.
Jadwal periksa juga ada 2, pagi jam 8 dan sore jam 4 dari hari senin-sabtu.
Terdapat juga poli gigi yang pelayanannya juga ramah.
Pelayanan dokter paling ramah dokter Trisnanto.
