I live in Danurejo, Mertoyudan. Almost every day the electricity goes out.. what's wrong with P*N...why does it always turn off almost every day...even though we pay for electricity every month regularly..but why is the service so bad.. .

why is that, you know, every month there is a power outage, if it dies, it doesn't take long, it's almost 3 hours every time it turns off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tolong dong untuk memberi informasi bila ada pemadaman, masa seminggu bisa 2-3 kali pemadaman, untuk kami yang sedang daring menjadi terganggu, ini pln bisa becus ga sih mati listrik mulu tanpa info
Please, please provide information if there is a blackout, during a week it can be 2-3 times blackout, for those of us who are online it becomes disrupted, this Pln can be good or not, the power goes out without any info

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bintang 5 biar ratingnya membaik, spertinya PLN adalah salah satu BUMN yang banyak dikritik kadang karena miscom kadang informasinya gak sampai ke pelanggannya dan pelanggannya gak mau inisiatif nyari informasi. Semoga terus berbenah dan semakin prima dalam melayani masyarakat
5 stars so that the rating will improve, it seems that PLN is one of the SOEs that is criticized a lot sometimes because miscom sometimes doesn't get information to its customers and customers don't want to take the initiative to seek information.
