Pak Erik Tohir tolong benahi nih PLN kabupaten tangerang susah banget tuk quikrespon nya, meteran rumah saya putus dari kabel tiang listrik eh di telpon ke pln selatan malah gak nyambung alias udah ganti nomor ke customer 123 yg di gambir suruh tunggu 3 jam, ini gmn PLN gaya doang kerja gak becus
Mr. Erik Tohir, please fix this, PLN Tangerang Regency is very difficult to respond to, my house meter broke from the electricity pole cable, but when I called to PLN South it didn't work, alias I changed the number to customer 123, who in Gambir told me to wait 3 hours, how is this PLN just work style is not good

Pelayanan terburuk. 1. Pertama datang, datang jam 7.00 wib, baru mau masuk langsung di hardik security tidak boleh masuk. SEHARUSNYA "Security dengan ramah menyapa keperluan pelanggan". 2. Petugas pelayanan publik, seharusnya melayani dengan ramah. SEBALIKNYA "Petugas arogan, sombong, dan terkesan menyepelekan" 3. Tidak memberikan informasi yang jelas terhadap keluhan dan permasalahan.
Worst service. 1. First come, come at 7.00 wib, just want to enter directly at the security hardik, you can't enter. SHOULD "Security cordially addresses customer needs". 2. Public service officers, should serve in a friendly manner. OTHERWISE "Officers are arrogant, arrogant, and seem dismissive" 3. Does not provide clear information on complaints and problems.

Di jadwal tertulis jam 8 sudah buka, tapi ternyata tetep belum bisa masuk karena kata SATPAM NYA BUKA JAM 08.30 , ada gila gilanya yaa mana suruh nunggunya di luar lagi belum boleh masuk area.... Tolong dong di perbaiki lagiii sistemnya!!!

Parah! Pengaduan tidak ditanggapi dengan baik. Di depan rumah saya ada tower operator telfon yang trafonya meledak pertama ayah saya sudah lapor 123 (tidak ada petugas yang datang) lau pihak teknisi tower menelfon PLN Sepatan dengan bapak bapak Febri yang diketahui sebagai Supervirsor(info dari bapak teknisi), ybs bahasanya sangat tidak sopan dan tidak enak. Dengan entengnya bilang β€œjangan diperpanjanglah pak” YAKALEEEEE GA DIPERPANJANG INI TENGAH MALEM MASIH JAUH KE TERANG KALO TOWER KEBAKARAN PAS LAGI PADE MEREM MEREMBET KERUMAH SIAPA YANG TANGGUNG JAWAB PAK FEBRIIIIIIIIIII YANG TERHORMAAAATTTTT

In front of my house there is a telephone operator tower whose transformer exploded first, my father had reported 123 (no officer came) then the tower technician called PLN Sepatan with Mr. Febri who is known as a Supervirsor (info from the technician's father). polite and unpleasant. He lightly said "don't prolong it, sir" YAKALEEEEE IT WAS NOT EXTENDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, STILL AWAY TO THE LIGHT IF THE TOWER FIRE AGAIN WHEN PADE BRAKES OVER THE HOUSE WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESPONSIBILITY OF FEBRIIIIIIIIIII

Pelayanan memuaskan cepat ramah pula, para pegawainya.sy pengguna token, karena utk keperluan syarat2 sy kira tdk bisa ternyta di proses disni lebih cepat dengan no ID pelanggan aja Terima kasih PLN
