Saya telepon 123 untuk pasang listrik baru yg telah diputus. Katanya suruh kesini.
Setelah kesini, saya disambut baik oleh satpam. Tapi setelah dijelasin saya diminta menunggu luamaaa sekali cuma untuk dibuatkan IRR! padahal ga ada antrian. Saya komplain setelah 30 menit katanya pegawainya WFH dan komputernya di sana error.
WFH macam apa kualitas layanan seburuk ini. Akui saja lah mungkin di sana ga kerja, ga standby.
45an menit nunggu tanpa kejelasan, saya kesel dan telepon 123 lagi dg maksud layanan kantor ini dimonitor dan diperbaiki total! sekaligus dpt jawaban segera atas masalah saya.
Alhasil total waktu saya habiskan 1 jam CUMA UNTUK DAPET PRINT OUT IRR UNTUK DIBAYARKAN.
Kalau PLN ada saingannya pasti udah ga laku! Customer bayar listrik bukan dapet kepuasan tapi karna memang tak ada pilihan lain.

Oya no telp kantor ini di google gabisa dihub, ga diangkat, copot aja jaringan teleponnya, hapus no telpnya dr google. Ga guna

I called 123 to install the new electricity that had been cut. He said tell me to come here.
After coming here, I was welcomed by the security guard. But after being explained I was asked to wait a long time just to make an IRR! even though there is no queue. I complained after 30 minutes he said the employee was WFH and the computer was there an error.
WFH what kind of service quality this bad. Just admit it maybe it doesn't work there, it's not on standby.
45 minutes of waiting without clarity, I was annoyed and called 123 again with the intention of this office service being monitored and completely repaired! at the same time I got an immediate answer to my problem.
As a result, I spent 1 hour in total just TO GET PRINT OUT IRR TO BE PAID.
If there is a competitor for PLN, it will definitely not sell! Customers paying for electricity don't get satisfaction, but because there really is no other choice.
Star security guard 4. Employee services 1.
Overall 2 star.
Anyway, this office phone number on Google can't be reached, it's not picked up, just remove the phone network, delete the phone number from Google. Useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue system isn't working anymore so you have to argue to the staff/security that you come earlier than other customers. It opens at 8 but its staff starts working at 8.30 and only one instead of two (There are two computers to serve). No parking space so you have to park at the restaurant's parking lot (it is next to PLN).
