★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old and poor maintenance main building. Many car-services (engine & body services and repairs, add-on items, buy-sell old items, etc) shop-houses at good prices and excellent skills. Roads there are poorly maintenance and untidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plaza Shinta Cimone could be your 2nd or 3rd option for Bataknese Wedding, but should not be your 1st choice. Here's why:
1. Building sanitation is bad, the floor is sticky, you can even hear your sneaker sequeaking.
2. Most of the chair provided by the building management was covered in stain.
3. The toilet is dirty, cigarette butts and ashes cover the sink.
4. No physical distancing.
5. Pillars cover most of the meeting room.
