Sama pegawainya di kasih garansi 7hari kalau ada kendala barang bisa tukar, baru 3 hari beli barang sudah mandat pas dibalikin ke toko kebetulan ada pemiliknya, malah dia bilang gak ada garansi ganti barang baru, cuma ada garansi service. Saya gak mau psnya di service karna di bon pembelian ada keterangan ganti barang baru, setelah lama berdebat dan pemilik gak merespon saya balikin ke karyawan, dan karyawannya diam seribu bahasa. Saran aja buat yg mau beli hati2 aja...
