★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugasnya ramah-ramah, mampu menjelaskan kelebihan dan kekurangan suatu produk, kerjanya cukup cekatan.
Tetapi lokasinya terlalu strategis karena berada tepat disebelah lampu merah pakelan yang notabene berada kurang lebih 10 meter dadi tikungan.
Tidak ada ruang tunggu khusus dan hanya ada kursi yang kurang memadai apabila banyak konsumen yang sedang menunggu motornya dikerjakan oleh petugas.
Produk ban dan oli kurang lengkap.
Apabila melakukan pembelian ban disini maka anda akan mendapatkan kartu member planet ban yang dapat digunakan untuk mengganti atau menambah nitrogen di gerai planet ban dimanapun berada.
Harga produk standar dan tidak terlalu mahal. Sesuai dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh petugas.
Dan tidak ada air mineral gratis untuk konsumen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat kecewa dengan planet ban Magelang yg berada di pakelan..jl Magelang purworejo.waktu itu saya berkeinginan cuma ganti ban belakang dan ban dalamnya.. motor saya Supra x..stlah sdh diganti ban saya tidak tau knp kok lama bgt rem blkg diutak Atik sama mas yg ganti ban..ktnya rem belakang blong...lah saya kaget knp jadi remnya blong ..setelah saya lama nunggu mau dibongkar dan membutuhkan waktu yg lama..saya gak sabar dong krna waktu itu saya buru buru dtunggu keluarga..trus motor lsg saya bawa ke Ahass pakelan.. setelah dicek kt teknisi Ahas ..ini terjadi Krn kesalahan waktu bongkar ban..dan kerusakan ini harus ganti shil atau apa saya gk bgtu paham..dan yg bisa ngerjain di mgl cuma di tunas jaya atau inti motor..Masya Allah
.dan di inti motor harus ditinggal Krn kl kerusakan spt ini pengerjaan nya agak lama..

I can't wait, because at that time I was in a hurry to wait for my family. .then I immediately took the motorbike to Ahass pakelan.. after checking with the Ahas technician.. this happened because of an error when unloading the tires..and this damage had to be replaced or what, I don't really understand..and the only thing that can do it at MGL is shoots victorious or the core of the motor..Masha Allah
.and in the core of the motor must be left because if the damage is like this, the process takes a bit longer..
