★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganti kampas ganda taunya gaada stok gabilang ga apa taunya harus nunggu 2 jam lebih bilang lagi dianter tapi gasampe sampe tolong atasan planet ban ditindak lanjuti karyawanya saya tau disini udh rame. Tapi tolong hargai pelanggan, hargai waktu pelanggan. Jika memang kosong kasih tau berapa lama saya harus nunggu. Saya telat kerja karena ini
Replace double canvases, I know there is no stock, I don't know what to say, I have to wait 2 hours more, say more to be delivered but gasampe until help, the boss of Planet Ban is followed up by the employees I know here it's already crowded But please value customer, respect customer time. If it is empty, tell me how long I have to wait. I'm late for work because of this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang , 2 Minggu kemarin saya beli ban baru sekalian servis semuanya, masa iya ga ada perubahan yg ada mana minta diganti semua kaya V-Belt dlll padahal dibengkel lain masih bagus , dan yang parahnya lagi baru dipake jalan bann udah kempes lagi padahal baru lupa diisi angin atau gimana tiba2 kempes,
The service is lacking, 2 weeks ago I bought new tires and serviced them all, how come there are no changes, where do I ask to be replaced, like V-Belts etc., even though other workshops are still good, and what's worse is that the tires have just gone flat, even though I just forgot filled with air or something suddenly deflated,
