★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya rekomendasiin temen buat ganti oli X-T*n di salah satu planet ban. Kebetulan temenku ini ganti oli disini sekalian ganti ban. Oleh mekanik dibilang kalo ganti oli harus sekalian servis. Sorry, saya member planet ban selama ini di planet ban manapun saya belum pernah ada mekanik yg mengharuskan saya kalo ganti oli harus sepaket dengan servis. Ganti ya ganti only, servis ya servis. Akhirnya motor beliau ini malah sampai dibongkar ke cvt dan busi2nya. Mekanik tidak konfirmasi terlebih dahulu kalau mau ganti part. Modusnya part baru dibuka dulu baru bilang ke customer kalo partnya harus diganti sehingga menyebabkan customer terpaksa menyetujui daripada motornya malah diutak atik. Alhasil malah rugi sekian ratus ribu serta part lama tidak dikembalikan.
Teruntuk teman2 yg mau coba disini, saran saya pertanyakan dulu secara detail dan bandingkan dengan sop gerai planet ban lain terlebih dahulu. Dan bisa bilang dulu ke mekaniknya kalau anda butuhnya cuma GANTI OLI DOANG atau SERVIS DOANG tanpa tambahan prosedur lain. Dan kalo mekanik rekomendasiin part2 apapun, JANGAN MAU, KALAU PERLU TOLAK & DISCLAIMER DARI AWAL SAMBIL DIREKAM AGAR ADA BUKTI.
Khawatirnya praktek seperti ini dilakukan pasti bukan 1 orang doang. Sehingga anda punya bukti untuk jaga2 apabila kalah jumlah, argumen, dan merasa dirugikan saat mengajukan komplain.

The mechanic said that if you change the oil you have to do the service. Sorry, I'm a member of the tire planet so far in any tire planet I have never had a mechanic who required me to change the oil in the same package as the service. Replace, replace only, service is service. In the end, his motor was even dismantled into the CVT and the spark plugs. The mechanic didn't confirm beforehand if he wanted to replace the part. The mode is that the new part is opened first and then told the customer that the part must be replaced, causing the customer to be forced to agree rather than having the motor tampered with. As a result, even hundreds of thousands of losses and old parts were not returned.
For friends who want to try it here, my advice is to ask in detail first and compare it with the soup from other planet tires outlets first. And you can tell the mechanic first if you need it just CHANGE THE OIL or SERVICE JUST without any additional procedures. And if the mechanic recommends any part 2, DON'T WANT, IF NEED TO REJECT & DISCLAIMER FROM THE BEGINNING WHILE RECORDING FOR PROOF.
I'm afraid that this kind of practice is definitely not done by one person. So that you have evidence in case you are outnumbered, have arguments, and feel aggrieved when submitting a complaint.
