Pertanyaan saya dilayani dengan baik oleh kak admin WhatsApp. Layanan hotline WhatsApp ini sangat membantu dan memudahkan daripada harus menelepon ke sana kemari. Mohon untuk dilanjutkan pelayanan hotline WhatsApp ini.
Pelayanan sangat baik dan hasil test kurang lebih keluar setelah 30menit menunggu.
Today, February 4, 2021, I did the antigen test here. The previous afternoon I confirmed to ask about the availability of a test slot via the WhatsApp hotline at +6281326221993. My question was served well by the WhatsApp admin. This WhatsApp hotline service is very helpful and easier than having to call here and there. Please continue this WhatsApp hotline service.
The service is very good and the test results more or less come out after 30 minutes of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu tes antigen disini 24 jam. Bisa langsung datang ke lokasi tanpa daftar dulu, cukup bawa KTP. Surat keterangan hasil bisa jadi 15 menit setelah tes. Recommended bagi yang butuh tes di malam hari.
Saran: bawa bolpoin sendiri.
The antigen test time here is 24 hours. You can come directly to the location without registering first, just bring your ID card. Certificate of results can be 15 minutes after the test. Recommended for those who need to test at night.
Suggestion: bring your own ballpoint pen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong perbaiki sistem pelayanannya...senin 28 februari q swab sekitar sore jam 16.00..nunggu hasilnya lama banget hampir 1 jam...pdhal keterangannya 15menit langsung jd,,abis it gantian sodaraku yg swab jam 17,nunggu nya 1 jaman....pdhal yg ssesudah sodaraku udah keluar jadinya...di tanyain..alesan perawatnya malah marah in kita balik "kenapa ga tanya udah jd belum" helooo mbak kita it harusnya hasil jd trs dikasihkan,masak kita harus tanya ya mana kita tau jd apq belom...

Monday, February 28, I swab around 16.00 in the afternoon.. the wait for the results was very long, almost 1 hour... even though the statement was 15 minutes straight away, after that it was my friend who swab at 17, I waited for 1 hour.. .. even though after my friend had left, he was asked.. the reason why the nurse was angry, we came back "why didn't you ask, it's done yet" hello sis, we should have given the result, so why don't we ask, how do we know it apq not yet...
