★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resepsionisnya ramah dan ngebantu banget tapi salah satu dokter perempuan di poli umum sama sekali ga ramah. Harusnya tempat berobat itu jadi safe place pasien buat cerita keluhannya, ini malah meragukan cerita pasien dan seakan nganggep pasiennya baik-baik aja. Saya sampe mati gaya pas diperiksa karena dianggap sehat dan dikasih komentar "kalau dirasain sakit ya kerasa sakit" padahal saya 2 hari gak bisa bangun. Sumpah heran banget, ga bisa ya bicaranya baik-baik sama orang sakit, bingung juga nanggepin dokter yang komentar gitu. Bener-bener ga pengen ke sana lagi. Pengalaman buruk banget. Tolong diperbaiki sikapnya ke pasien, pasien ke sana untuk berobat dan cari sehat, nganggep dokter lebih tau dan lebih berilmu tapi bukan berarti bisa ngasih komen seenaknya ke pasein. Terima kasih.
The receptionist was friendly and very helpful but one of the female doctors at the general polyclinic was not friendly at all. The place for treatment should be a safe place for patients to report their complaints, this even doubts the patient's story and seems to think the patient is fine. I died when I was checked because I was considered healthy and was given a comment "if you feel sick, you feel sick" even though I couldn't wake up for 2 days. I swear I'm really surprised, I can't talk well with sick people, I'm also confused about responding to doctors who make comments like that. I really don't want to go there again. Very bad experience. Please correct the attitude towards the patient, the patient goes there for treatment and looks for health, assuming that the doctor knows better and is more knowledgeable but that doesn't mean he can give arbitrary comments to the patient.
