Photocopy of Limited Stay Permit Card (Kitas) or Permanent Stay Permit Card (Kitap).
A 4 × 6 sized photograph with a red background of 6 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ramah sih. Biayanya aja yg lumayan mahal. Bikin skck, harganya udah naik lumayan. 35rb klo nggak salah. Apa malah skrg lebih tinggi ya? Terakhir ke sini, tempat fotokopinya agak jauh, nggak bisa kalau jalan, musti naik motor. Jadi kalau harus buru-buru fotokopi ya nggak bisa cepet. Musti kesana kesini dulu.

Finally, here, the photocopy is a bit far, you can't walk, you have to ride a motorbike. So if you have to rush a photocopy, you can't hurry. Must go here and there first.
