Saat pembeliian di janjikan gimmick2 (total kurang lebih 18jtan) akan di cairkan di cicilan ke-2 yaitu pada bulan sept 2020
Setiap saya tanya selalu jawabannya masih di proses,
Sampai akhirnya tgl 21 nov saya di undang ke kntr thamrin district bekasi.
Pada pembicaraan di kantor, di konfirmasi bahwa pencairan gimmick akan di pecah2
Salah satu nya akan di cairkan di AWAL BULAN DEC 2020 sebesar 5jt
Tapi sampai jan 2021 masih belum ada pencairan atau informasi apapun.
Padahal salah satu alasan saya memilih membeli di tdb adalah karena saya merasa developer pikko adalah developer besar.
Sungguh mengecewakan sekali hanya karena 5jt merusak repurtasi sendiri.

Every time I ask, the answer is still in process,
Until finally on November 21st I was invited to Kntr Thamrin District Bekasi.
At the office talk, it was confirmed that the melting gimmick would be broken
One of them will be disbursed at the beginning of the month of DEC 2020 for 5 million
But until January 2021 there is still no disbursement or any information.
Even though one of the reasons I chose to buy on tdb was because I felt that the PIKKO developer was a big developer.
It's very disappointing just because 5 million breaks its own reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susah ini beli apartmen...mau melunasin aja kita di denda krn terlambat. Nah pikko sdri oneprestasi gak mau di salahin. Bkn perjanjian yg merugikan konsumen. Sy mau melunasin sampe skrg pun gak di gubris . Aneh kan. Mau ngmg dgn atasan gak tau no tlpnya. Yg di bekasi bawahan semua alesannya macem"....saling lempar tanggung jwb. Jgn" apartmen sy sdh di jual ke org lain x ya.
It's hard to buy an apartment... just want to pay it off, we'll be fined for being late. Well, pikko, oneprestasi, doesn't want to be blamed. Not an agreement that harms consumers. I want to pay it off until now it is not being ignored. That's weird. Would you like to speak with your superiors, I don't know the phone number. The ones in Bekasi are subordinates for various reasons... "throw each other's responsibilities. Don't" my apartment has been sold to someone else x huh.
