★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbagi pengalaman saja. Belasan th lebih saya sering bersin2 di pagi hari (polips) Sampe saya ke dokter tanya kalau penyakit ini memang sudah bawaan dari lahir.gak bisa di hilangkan. Dan cuma di beri obat flu.. setelah saya coba2 liat ytb. Barang kali gurah bisa menyembuhkan penyakit saya ini. Saya coba cari tempat gurah terdekat. Dan saya coba di gurah pak ponijan.. setelah di tetesi cairan anjir kek di masukan di dalam air ber jam2 gak napas seperti tersiksaaa. Dan berlangsung sampe 3 hari hidung beler karena efek gurah. Dan ternyata bener kata pak ponijan. Habis beler napas bakal plong. Ngrokok jadi enteng... dan Sudah 3 th ini saya sama sekali gak pernah bersin2 jarang flu dll. Bagi semua yang pgn ncoba. Harus siap mental 2 hari buat nahan sakit nya gurah. Tapi untuk hasil.. saya bisa jamin!!! Bakal plong tu hidung yang sering flu/bersin2
 Just sharing experiences. For more than a dozen years I often sneeze in the morning (polyps) Until I went to the doctor and asked if this disease was congenital. It can't be eliminated. And only given cold medicine.. after I tried to see ytb. Maybe gurah can cure my disease. I'm trying to find the nearest gurah place. And I tried it in gurah, Mr. Ponijan.. after it was dripped with liquid, the cake was put in the water for hours, I didn't breathe like I was tortured. And lasts up to 3 days runny nose because of the gurah effect. And it was true what Mr. Ponijan said. After the gasp, the breath will be long. It's easier to smoke... and for the past 3 years, I haven't sneezed at all, rarely have the flu, etc. For all who want to try. You have to be mentally prepared for 2 days to endure the pain. But for the results .. I can guarantee!!! It will make a nose that often has a cold/sneezing

given oil, it feels hot, when it's hot it's gone, the soreness of the sprain comes back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very authentic traditional Indonesian massage. Pak Ponijan manage to relieve the right knots on my body. But it's by no mean your typical spa/nice massage place. I screamed like a child during the massage. Pak Ponijan has over 30 yrs of experience. He will "attack" the nerves to improve blood flow and circulation followed by a thorough deep tissue massage. 1 hr = 100,000 rupiah. Very cheap and very satisfied!!

Safe to say, it was the best massage experience ever had in a while. The therapist live it to its name, Tendon Massage. He really did massage your tendon, to the point he massage the exact spot where your tendon hurt the most
His technique was so much different than any places, not relaxing by gently massage but relief it with powerful massage on your tendon, so screaming during it was so normal but few moment after that, no more pain
So in short, if it is your first time or you dont like massage that much, then never do it.
