★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada umumnya pelayanannya bagus, dari sarana prasarananya juga. tapi ada 1 dokter anak (Inisial V) yang sangat sangat tidak sopan sekali dalam berkomunikasi, tolong manajemen ditegur dokternya. terima kasih.

Awal daftar langsung di tanya oleh petugas ,mau pake bpjs atau tidak,saya jawab iya pake bpjs bu.dia langsung bilang...
balik lagi hari sabtu,alasannya orang lab lagi keluar.
Sabtu...
Di suruh datang lagi hari senin alasan,petugas lab nya lagi sweb..
Hadddwwweeeh kacaauu,toloong donk kepada pihak trkait segera di tinjut evaluasi lagi pelayanan nya.

harus lebih selektif kalo nempatin orang di bagian pendaftaran...
selasa 21 maret 2022.
saya hari ini merasa kecewa sama pelayanan puskesmas kedaung wetan.
saya minta surat rujukan td siang jam 11.20,mereka di bagian pendaftaran bilang udh gak bisa karna sudah siang.
jam istirahat kan jam 12 .00 mengapa mereka gak melayani, padahal bikin surat rujukan ke RS gak sampe 30 menit.

Today I feel disappointed with the service of the Kedaung Wetan Public Health Center.
I asked for a referral letter this afternoon at 11.20, they at the registration section said they couldn't because it was already noon.
