Terlalu lama antri di bagian pendaftaran.. Cuma ada satu petugas, kenapa tidak langsung di disposisi ke bagian masing2, saya pernah tinggal di wilayah timur pelayanannya jauh lebih cepat dari ini.

Pelayanannya mengecewakan, jm stngah 7 saya disini. 1. Tanya org yg jaga no antrian ktanya bukanya stngah 8, tpi dia ga ngasih informasi suruh ngambil no antrian dlu kek gmna kek. Klo org yg pertama kali berobat kn gatau, taunya boleh ngambil no atrian jm stngh 8. 2. No antrian berobat dijadikan satu, seharusnya kn tiap poli ada no atrian sendiri. 3. Kursis tunggu antrian minim, bnyak org yg ga kebagian tetap duduk. 4. Jm stngh 8 nan, cuma ada 1 pegawai yg ngelayanin no antrian kenapa ga 2 sama 3 pegawai yg megang alih pelayanan antrian. 5. Dokternya gigi juga ga begitu bersahabat, sya bilang gigi saya yg bawah kmrin hbis ditambal di klinik buat perawatan akar gigi dok, ini sya mau bersiin karang gigi aja. Trus dokternya bilang, knpa ga skalian bersiin krang gigi disitu, trus saya jawab mahal dok 150 skali tmbal sdangkan perawatan akar gigi hrus kunjungan smpe 4x mkanya saya berobat disini. Trus dokternya ngasih solusi, ini bersiin karang giginya digigi bawah dulu ya soalnya klo sma gigi atas makan waktu lama sdgkan sya berobat ga pake bpjs alias bayar mlah dikasih solusi kek gtu. Sklinya karang gigi bawah dibersiin ada insiden kulit gigi saya berdarah entah itu kena benda yg buat bersiin krang giginya atau apa sya gatau tpi lumayan sakit. Trus bersiin karang giginya juga ga smpe gigi paling belakang pdhl gigi paling belakang yg banyak karang giginya, sya mau ngasih tau dokternya juga mls liat dokternya setengah hati gtu. Stelah selesai bersiin krang gigi, dokternya nyebutin nominal 60rb ya aku bayar aja tapi untuk pelayanan bener2 mengecewakan. Pdhl gigi sya dri depan smpe agak belakang sdikit ga banyak karang giginya tpi diksih tarif segitu tapi ya sudahlah. Cukup skali aja berobat disini.

The number of queues for treatment is combined into one, there should be no queue for each poly. 3. Seats waiting for queues are minimal, many people who don't get to stay seated. 4. At 8pm, there is only 1 employee who serves the queue number, why not 2 and 3 employees who take over the queue service. 5. The dentist is also not very friendly, I said that my lower tooth has just been patched at the clinic for root treatment, doc, I just want to clean the tartar. Then the doctor said, why don't you clean your teeth there, then I answered that it's expensive, doc, 150 times a patch, while root treatment requires 4 visits, that's why I got treatment here. Then the doctor gave a solution, this was sneezing the tartar on the bottom teeth first, the problem was that it took a long time for my upper teeth to get treatment, while I didn't use BPJS or pay for treatment, they were given a solution like that. Actually, when the bottom tartar was cleaned, there was an incident that my tooth skin was bleeding, whether it was an object that made my teeth sneeze or something, I don't know, but it was quite painful. Then the tartar doesn't even reach the back of the teeth, even though the back teeth have a lot of tartar, I want to tell the doctor too, please see the doctor half-heartedly. After I finished cleaning my teeth, the doctor said a nominal 60 thousand, so I just paid but the service was really disappointing. Pdhl my teeth from the front to the back a little bit not a lot of tartar but the rates are given that much but that's okay. It's enough just to get treatment here.

Sangat buruk, jangan mau ambil tingkat I faskes disini, pelayanan nya payah sekali, surat rujukan hanya bisa diambil keesokan harinya dan wajib jam 06:30 sampai jam 07:00 pagi dimana jam tersebut bukan jam operasional puskesmas, oknum administrasi puskesmas beralibi itu aturan dari UU bpjs
