★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean place. Check in must be from WA which is a hassle but it's understandable since this clinic is so popular and pandemic is still going on. The waiting time to be called is quite long. Arrived at 10.10, got no.11, get called to see the doctor at 11.50ish. But my cat able to get her surgery by today or tomorrow. Overall a very good vets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best and most comprehensive veterinary clinic in Rawa Domba, friendly medical team, complete medical equipment: acupuncture, allergy tests, therapy, blood checks, x-rays, cremation, and others. Has a large parking lot next to the clinic. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You expect us to not expecting too much and you stated "we are not God" but you are veterinary which is a licensed medic specialized to curing pet (especially in my case, a cat). I am terribly disappointed by how you treated my cat without intensive infusion set. My cat diagnosed with urinary tract infection and so the stomach tube + urine bag is planted on my cat to lessen the urine that made the stomach bloated, BUT YOU DIDN'T CONSIDER TO PUT INFUSION SET TO REHYDRATE MY CAT AFTER LOSING PLENTY OF BODY FLUIDS AND IN THE END HE DIED IN VAIN. May God gives you an equal judgement hereafter.
