Digambarkan bahwa petunjuk tersampaikan oleh sebuah cahaya terang bernama Lintang Johar. Nama Lintang Johar berdasarkan keyakinan orang Jawa mengacu kepada cahaya Jauhar Awwal Rasulullah atau Nur Muhammad.
Through a hermitage process in a place called Wanalipura (now the village of Gilangharjo, Pandak, Bantul), Danang Sutawijaya received a revelation about Mataram. Described that the instructions were conveyed by a bright light named Lintang Johar. The name Lintang Johar based on Javanese beliefs refers to the light of Jauhar Awwal Rasulullah or Nur Muhammad.
