Yuda good, caring hands, a great vet that treats his patients very well and willing to explain everything clearly and dont mind answering any kind of questions to the pet owners. The staffs are also pretty kind. Sadly it’s kinda overpriced (bought a small amount of alcohol for 60k) but with the fact that they’re open 24 hours and offers detailed service sums up the price on receipt. The vet and pet hotel is very nice and clean as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot express my gratitude with Pet Vet Team, in special to Dr Gheo, with my old boy Aquiles (15 years old dog). I was desperate with his health conditions, however after one week of treatment, he was already recovered. Always explaining all details about the treatment and also available to answer my doubts about WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The home visit doctor is very kind. But sadly their policy is too stiff & heartless.
They are very picky in choosing which pet to be taking care of. So if your pup is not easy to cooperate with strangers (which is normal when they are sick), or needs care for fleas treatment, don’t expect anything from this clinic. I felt very sad when i desperately need help for emergency case of my pets, they show zero emphaty, no willingness to put extra effort in helping a desperate pet owner. I experienced 2 rejection from this clinic. Cold & heartless. I will not go back except for the home visit care (because i
respect the attitude of Dr Joan).
Following my above review, the clinic responded with a FALSE statement. My pet Chewy have never been treated by their homecare service before and never bite their staffs.
My other pet Alfa was treated by Dr Joan with 1 assistant and while he was very sick during the treatment Alfa bite MY HOUSEKEEPER not THEIR STAFF.
Pet vet should be more careful and smarter in responding to customer’s review. Should not wrote A FALSE statement.

I used to go to my vet bsd, but get disappointed due to sudden appointment cancelation (1 hour before appointment). in comparison, petvet has much better facilities and less pricy compared to myvet bsd

The vets and staff are very friendly and love pets, I have no worries in leaving my dog there as she will be in good care!
Health protocol is also done properly, all staff are wearing masks and face shield, limited people in the waiting area, and hand sanitizers are available on every corner.
Do note that they have appointment system to ensure that your pets do not wait for too long (as they will get more anxious), but their staff will surely reply in a timely manner.
