Sekitar 5 menit dari komplek kabupaten Boyolali.
Sekitar 10 menit dari terminal Boyolali.
Namun meski demikian lokasi perumahan ini bukanlah di jalan yang ramai sehingga suasana yang ada di perumahan ini adalah suasana yang tenang.
