★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan di Wates Cinangka yaa, bagus bangunannya menghadap taman yang cukup luas,, harganya sudah lumayan mahal... untuk rumah contoh 2 lantai hampir 2M yaaa... yang termurah 800jt untuk 1 lantai....
Sayangnya keluar perumahan jalannya kecil dan sering macet sehari hari, untuk kebutuhan harian mau cari apa-apa gampang.... lokasi sekitarnya sudah ramai sekali... masih ada beberapa unit yang belum terjual sepertinyaa....
Housing in Wates Cinangka, nice building overlooking a large park, the price is quite expensive ... for example 2-storey houses almost 2M yeah ... the cheapest is 800 million for 1 floor ....
Unfortunately, the road is out of the way, small and often jammed everyday, for daily needs, looking for anything is easy ... the surrounding location is already very crowded ... there are still some unsold units apparently ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan asri yang "tersembunyi" di ujung Jl. Kemiri (Wates). Cukup mengejutkan, hari gini masih ada pengembang yang menyediakan lapangan terbuka cukup luas di tengah area perumahan. Row jalan juga relatif lebar. Suasana hijau dan nyaman.
Beautiful housing "hidden" at the end of Jl. Candlenut (Wates). Surprisingly enough, today there are still developers who provide a large enough open field in the middle of a residential area. Row road is also relatively wide. Green and cozy atmosphere.
