★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kawasan perumahan yang sangat tidak terawat, jalan masuk gelap, gapura kusam, jalanan hancur berlumpur, ditambah semakin banyak pkl di kawasan perumahan menambah kesan kumuh.. Padahal harga hunian tinggi, kurang sebanding dengan lingkungan dan fasilitasnya.
Residential areas that are very poorly maintained, dark entrances, dull gates, muddy roads, plus more street vendors in residential areas add to the impression of slums... Even though housing prices are high, they are not commensurate with the environment and facilities.
