★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis karena dekat dengan stasiun Lenteng Agung dan terminal Transjakarta Ragunan. Butuh hiburan namun alami dan banyak binatang??? Ngesot langsung ke Ragunan. Mau olahraga lari atau sepedaan? Ya ke Ragunan juga dong.
Dekat dengan masjid besar. Mudah Jumatan, Sholat Idul Fitri, dan Idul Adha.
Gak perlu pusing kalau kehabisan besin, motornya atau dorong sedikit mobilnya. Udah langsung full tank ges. Pom bensin di belakang persis perumahannya.
Kalau hobi jajan, di sini sorganya. Sate Ubin, Tahu gejrot pedas. Luar biasa dah ah.

No need to worry if you run out of motorbike, motorbike or push the car a little. Already immediately full tank sliding. Gas station behind the housing.
If you like snacks, here it is heaven. Sate Tiles, Spicy gejrot tofu. Amazing ah
