★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak sesuai jadwal keberangkatan, saya beli tiket di Traveloka kenapa ngk beli tiket diloket aja pak..kata org loket.. klo npm ngk suka ada Traveloka ya hapus aja aplikasinya di Traveloka....
Orang orang di loket npm tidak ramah dan tidak membantu menunjuk arah bus nya... Disuruh penumpang jalan sendiri...
Ini pertama dan terakhir saya naik bus npm.... Buruk pelayanan nya....
Pantasan bus SAN loket sebelahnya ramee.. di NPM sepiiiiiii.... Nyesal saya pilih npm
Not according to the departure schedule, I bought a ticket on Traveloka, why didn't I just buy the ticket in the pocket sir ... said the counter ... if NPM doesn't like Traveloka, just delete the application on Traveloka ....
The people at the NPM counter were unfriendly and unhelpful in pointing the direction of the bus ... Told passengers to walk alone ...
This is the first and last time I took the NPM bus .... Bad service ....
No wonder the SAN bus counter next to it is crowded ... at NPM it & apos; s quiet .... Sorry I chose npm
