Wilayah kp.pengasinan Jln.Mandor Benin (LAIMIN) sering banget mati lampu dan setiap kali mati lampu , saya selalu telpon ke PLN 123 , untuk segera mengatasi masalah yg kami alami diwilayah tersebut.tapi sampai dengan detik ini , TIDAK ADA SOLUSI BUAT KAMI.sampai skarang masalah tidak pernah teratasi. Di minggu ini SUDAH 3X mati lampu .Baru kemarin mati lampu , sekarang pagi2 sudah mati lampu lagi. payaaaaah..pelayanan PLN tidak bermutu dan tidak meberikan solusi yg cepat untuk kami para konsumen yg sering mengalami pemadaman listrik diwilayah kami
Kp. Saya baru sekitar 2 tahun tinggal di pekayon jaya dimana masuk wilayah PLN bantar gebang. Tetapi sudah lebih dari 20 kali listrik rumah mati. Mau itu siang, malam, sering tiba tiba mati. Dan mending sebentar, beberapa kali lama. Hal ini sangat menyiksa apalagi jika malam hari. Sudah sering komplain setial mati lampu tapi ada aja alasan kerusakanya. Dan kadang gaada jawaban. Bilangnya mau ditindaklanjuti lah, belum ada laporan lah... Kami mohon segera tangani lah keseluruhan. Kami juga punya hak buat menerima pelayanan yg optimal kan? Apa salah kami? Apa kami hanya warga minoritas yg tidak dianggap? Kami rajin kok bayar listrik dan kami ngk ada kecurangan kok dengan penggunaan listrik....

Ingin rasanya perusahaan yg supply listrik tidak hanya dari PLN, tapi swasta bisa turut andil agar PLN bisa berkompetisi lebih baik dan makin banyak kompetitor, customer makin diuntungkan. Sudah modal panel surya namun sayang biaya invest ke battery lithium masih kurang baik ditambah luas lahan rumah yg belum memadai utk mendukung 24 jam free dari PLN. Bulan ini Feb 2022. Listrik padam & tetangga ikut padam di sakura reg 3 lebih dari 3x padam, baik malam hari yg sedikit lama dan siang hari yg cukup cepat hidup kembali. Perlu sediakan stabilizer masing2 rumah modal sendiri agar peralatan listrik lebih awet Thx PLN and we hope you better and better every year/month/day especially PLN Bantar Gebang ?
