1. Air pake mata air
2. Lokasi masih asri & sejuk
3. Bangunan terbilang kokoh
Kekurangan
1. Tetangga yang terlalu ikut campur urusan pribadi, tidak diaarankan bagi yang terbiasa kerja dari rumah karena lingkungan terlalu ramai.
2. Kualitas air jelek. Terlalu mengunggulkan mata air namun kualitas sangat buruk & sering tidak mengalir . Sampai kulit gatal gatal.
3. Aksesnya jauh & terbilang jelek, dari MM2100 & rumah sakit.
4. Bangunan terbilang kokoh namun setelah pemakaian 1 sampai 2 tahun perlu renov total.
5. Pada musim tertentu rumah selalu dimasuki serangga jenis Laron yang sangat mengganggu
6. Untuk listrik sangat buruk. Terutama di saat hujan, selalu mati lampu. Sangat tidak di sarankan bagi yang bekerja dari rumah.

2. The location is still beautiful & cool
3. The building is fairly sturdy
Lack
1. Neighbors who are too involved in personal matters are not recommended for those who are used to working from home because the environment is too crowded.
2. Poor water quality. Too good for springs but very poor quality & often does not flow . Until the itchy skin.
3. The access is far & fairly poor, from MM2100 & the hospital.
4. The building is fairly sturdy but after 1 to 2 years of use it needs a total renov.
5. In certain seasons, the house is always infested with insects of the type of Laron which is very disturbing
6. For electricity is very bad. Especially when it rains, the lights always go out. Highly not recommended for those who work from home.
