sy sedang lihat² perumahan di "Permata Rizqi Residence" daerah gabus sebelah perumahan "Suropati Residence" ternyata marketing dari "Permata Rizqi Residence" adlh mantan marketing "Velicia Villagge" dan ia memberikan informasi bahwa "tanah perumahan velicia village bersengketa dg warga yg belum dibayar oleh pihak developer". tanah yg baru dibayarkan oleh pihak developer hanya yg thp 1 dan tanah utk pembangunan thp 2,3,4 blm dibayar oleh pihak developer, makanya warga prnh menutup akses jln perumahan dan alamat kantornya pun tdk jelas ada dmn, dan uang yg sdh masuk pun gak tau dikemanakan?? Lalu sy mencoba cari tau melalui google PT DMN (Dimensi Maju Natasukses) developer velicia village yg tertera di kuitansi pembayaran, alamat kantor PT DMN di Jl. Swadarma Raya No.38, dan sy datangi alamat tsb warga pun tdk ada yg tau PT Dimensi Maju Natasukses kalo di google maps alamat tsb bengkel motor dan banyak ruko² kosong disana. Sedangkan kantor pemasaran yg ada di ruko perumahan "The Palm Residence Blok A/30" tdk ada aktivitas apapun dan tdk ada pegawai lain selain yg bernama "Erik", kantor pemasarannya aja jarang buka. Kalo utk skrg gak tau deh kantor pemasarannya msh di ruko perumahan "The Palm Residence" atau udah pindah entah kmn??
So... utk tmn² yg udh byr lunas DP velicia ataupun yg baru byr 1/2 nya dr DP sebaiknya kita "ikhlaskan" saja, krn percuma jg kita sewa pengacara kalo alamat kantornya aja gak jelas keberadaannya dmn, cuma buang² uang dan tenaga kita aja. Krn stlh mendptkan infomasi tsb sy mencoba mencari tau si PT DMN ini kmn² dan hasilnya buntu, dan berkali² sy datangi kantor pemasaran velicia si Erik jwbannya selalu "sabar ya bu pasti kita kembali uangnya jika sdh ada dananya". 1,5 thn sy menunggu pengembalian uang sy dr pihak velicia tp hasilnya selalu 0.
Yg sabar ya guys....

I'm looking at housing in "Permata Rizqi Residence" the cork area next to the housing "Suropati Residence" it turns out that the marketing of "Permata Rizqi Residence" is a former marketing officer for "Velicia Village" and he gave information that "the land for housing Velicia village is in dispute with residents who have not been paid by the developers". the land that has just been paid for by the developer is only thp 1 and the land for the construction of thp 2,3,4 has not been paid for by the developer, so residents have closed access to residential roads and the address of their office is not clear where they are, and the money that has come in is not even know where?? Then I tried to find out through Google PT DMN (Dimension Maju Natasukses) developer Velicia village which is listed on the payment receipt, PT DMN office address on Jl. Swadarma Raya No. 38, and when I went to the address, none of the residents knew PT Dimensi Maju Natahasil, if on google maps the address was a motorcycle repair shop and there were a lot of empty shophouses there. Meanwhile, the marketing office in the residential shophouse "The Palm Residence Blok A/30" does not have any activity and there are no other employees besides the one named "Erik", the marketing office is rarely open. If you don't know now, the marketing office is still in the residential shophouse "The Palm Residence" or has it moved somewhere?
So... for friends who have paid off Velicia's DP or who have just paid 1/2 of the DP, we should just "let it go", because it's useless to hire a lawyer if the office address is not clear where it is, it's just a waste of our money and energy just. Because after getting the information, I tried to find out about this PT DMN kmn² and the results were dead ends, and many times I went to the marketing office of Velicia, Erik, the answer was always "be patient, ma'am, we will definitely get the money back if there are funds". 1.5 years I waited for my refund from Velicia but the result was always 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini perumahan parah udah dari 2018 ngajuin tahap 4 dan ga di bangun" itu rumah , kemaren" ada sempat datengin ksitu dan katanya jalan depan perumahan masih sengketa dan tahap 4 juga sengketa , ini sih udah pasti ga bakal di bangun lagi , banyak kasus ini developernya .
This is a bad housing, since 2018 submitted stage 4 and it wasn't built "it's a house, yesterday" someone came there and said the road ahead of the housing is still in dispute and stage 4 is also a dispute, this is definitely not going to be built again, many cases are the developers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan yang berlokasi di dalam perkampungan wilayah gabus kabupaten Bekasi, suasan yang masih asri banyak pemandangan hijau sawah dan pepohonan, tetapi masih blm banyak penghuni, masih nampak bangunan rumah yang masih kosong dan sarana jalan belum rapih mungkin masih dalam pengembangan karena masih ada genangan air.
The housing is located in the gabus village of Bekasi district, the atmosphere is still beautiful with lots of green views of rice fields and trees, but there are still not many occupants, there are still empty house buildings and untidy road facilities maybe still under development because there are still puddles of water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengajuan refund sejak bulan Agustus 2020 dan msh blm ada kabar kapan realisasinya. Developer tidak pernah mau angkat telepon. Hampir tidak pernah balas WA. Apakah ada rekan lain yg sudah dikembalikan uang DP nya sejak tahun 2020?
Refunds have been submitted since August 2020 and there is still no news on when it will be realized. Developers never pick up the phone. Almost never reply to WA. Are there other colleagues whose down payment has been refunded since 2020?
