★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan ini ada sudah cukup lama. Jumlah unitnya tidak terlalu banyak. Penghuninya tampak dari kalangan menengah ke atas. Tapi mereka bisa digalang untuk menghidupkan kegiatan-kegiatan sosial dan keagamaan. Security tampak siap 24 jam tapi personil ya kooperatif.
 This housing complex has been around for a long time. The number of units is not too much. The occupants appear to be from the upper middle class. But they can be mobilized to revive social and religious activities. Security seems ready 24 hours but the personnel is cooperative.
