★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan yg sangaaaat lambat progresnya... kepada developer tolong dong...! Jalan dan saluran air segera dibenahi... Saluran air g jelas mengalir kemana, dan jalan jg tidak segera di conblok...jauh dari kata layak untuk sebuah perumahan...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bismillah, pengalaman di Perumahan Sangiang , Saya , alhamdulillah sudah tinggal 1 tahun di Sangiang , Di perumahan kekurangannya , jalannya Becek , Belom Di onblok, saluran air gotnya, belum jelas mau di alirkan ke, mana, setiap ujan , Jalan berair, belum ada pos sekurity jadi Sekurity Tidak bisa Stanby, Belum ada Nama Gerbangnya, banyak tamu Yang Kesasar.
Mungkin itu , kalau kelebihannya ya , tidak ada bunga, tidak ada dendaa, dll.terima kasih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah mau lunas cicilan indentnya tapi belum keliatan perkembangan pembangunan rumahnya, nanya2 konsumen lainnya malah udah ada yang nunggu hampir 2 tahun setelah lunas indent belum juga dibangun unitnya.

fasilitas saluran air yg tidak jelas pembuangan nya, sampah di ambilnya kadang 1 minggu 1x, kadang 1 minggu lebih, eatate nya kurang menurut saya, dan peletakan tiang listrik di selokan sangat fatal..
