★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan Roto Kenongo Asri merupakan perumahan yang sudah ada sejak sekitar tahun 2000an silam. Akses jalan menuju perumahan ini, terbilang tidak jauh dari jalan raya utamanya (Jalan Bantul) hanya berjarak sekitar 2-3km saja. Dengan jalan yang sudah diaspal, akses jalan mudah untuk ditempuh kendati sedikit berkontur perbukitan ketika hendak mencapai lokasi yang dimaksud. Perumahan ini terdiri dari empat RT yaitu RT 81 sampai dengan RT 84. Dalam perumahan ini terdapat Blok A - Blok O, kemudian memiliki berbagai fasilitas pelayanan publik seperti bangunan balai RT dimasing-masing RT, masjid Baitul Hakim, lapangan, serta kb/paud Al Hakim. Sesuai dengan nama yang disematkan 'Roto Kenongo Asri' perumahan ini terbilang masih cukup asri. Dibuktikan dengan masih adanya sawah disebelah barat perumahan. Panorama yang jarang ditemui didaerah perkotaan. Selain itu, perumahan ini juga berbatasan dengan perumahan lain yaitu Perumahan Griya Fortuna Asri dan desa sentra kerajinan kipas Jipangan. Meski secara administrasi masuk kedalam Pendowoharjo, uniknya masjid diperumahan ini setengahnya berada diwilayah administrasi Kasihan, Bantul. Kemudian baru setengahnya lagi memang masuk Pendowoharjo, Sewon, Bantul.

Then only half of it is indeed in Pendowoharjo, Sewon, Bantul.
