★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan BTN sudah cukup padat penduduk, namun akses masuk agak jauh dari jalan tol sekitar 10-15 m berkendara . Jalan masuk ada beberapa titik yang masih perlu perbaikan. Di dalam perumahan akses jalan sudah tertata rapi untuk blok berpenghuni, udara di sekitar masih sejuk karena banyak pepohonan, ada masjid yang sedang di bangun di dalam perumahan.
BTN housing is quite densely populated, but access to the far side of the toll road is around 10-15 m drive. Entrance has several points that still need improvement. Inside the housing access road is neatly arranged for uninhabited blocks, the air around is still cool because of the many trees, there is a mosque that is being built inside the housing.
