★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinggal di perum Pinus 3, aslinya banyak kekurangan di perum ini, bangunan rumahnya tidak nyaman rumah asal jadi, padahal bukan rumah subsidi dari pemerintah, masih banyak kekurangannya?!.
 Living in Perum Pinus 3, originally there are many shortcomings in this perum, the house building is not comfortable as the original house was made, even though it is not a subsidized house from the government, there are still many shortcomings?!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya sih lumayan bagus tapi sayang bgt, fasilitas umum yg bisa dipake penghuninya sgt lah minim.
Tidak ada musholla/ masjid, tdk one gate system, lampu penerangan jalannya sgt lah minim/ sgt tdk terang, jika sedang hujan lebat sering banjir, listrik sering tiba2 mati meski cuma sebentar.
The place is pretty good but it's a shame, the public facilities that residents can use are very minimal.
There is no prayer room / mosque, no one gate system, the street lighting is very minimal / not bright, when it is raining heavily, it often floods, electricity often turns off even if only briefly.

The location is convenient but the quality of the building is very poor for a commercial house, lots of cracks, untidy and striped paint, looks random
