Terletak di daerah perbukitan, yang suka pemandangan dari atas cocok untuk punya rumah di tempat ini. Di samping itu, perumahan ini menyatu dengan kampung, jadi bagus. Untuk air pdam, untuk sinyal hp disarankan pakai telkomsel atau xl sinyal lebih kuat. Dekat dengan masjid, rumah sakit juga dekat.
